In recent years, family units have become smaller while education and job opportunities have improved.  Extensive road networks and international travel has made it easier for people to venture further away from their home town. 

 

Have you ever noticed that when you spend time with someone who is down hearted or lethargic you come away feeling low and with little energy; and when you spend time with someone who is happy and upbeat the opposite happens?

While you are running from the one place to other believing you will never ever again have enough time to do everything that needs to be done, there are many older people counting the minutes before lunch or dinner and bed time. They once might have felt the same as you do and now they don’t know what to do with all the time they have on hand.
