A full HypnoBirthing programme is five  2½ hour antenatal sessions. During those 12½ hours you will receive your own copy of Marie Mongan’s HypnoBirthing book, the Rainbow Relaxation CD; additional printed notes; time for discussion and practice; telephone or email support as required.

Join a Group
Groups can prevent feelings of apprehension or isolation by learning from people with similar experiences. Friendships formed in antenatal groups quite often become your support network after your baby has been born. Group sessions are just £50 per 2½ hour session, total cost is £250 payable at each session or in advance.
Private Courses
Private courses allow time for mothers and birthing companions to ask lots of questions about issues that affect them, remember I am also a psychotherapist who can help you with emotional issues that may be heightened by pregnancy and childbirth.
We can arrange days and times to meet your needs and if you would like sessions delivered at your home that's possible too alternatively, private courses are taught at Life Designs Manchester office.
Yes, private courses are slightly more expensive at £90 per session but the additional costs are outweighed by the advantages of having confidential, focused attention on you. The full cost of private courses is £450 plus mileage charge for home visits of 40p per mile per visit.
Learn with a Friend
Maybe you are pregnant at the same time as a friend. Friends sharing HypnoBirthing sessions find that learning together is fun and enables them to share their experiences and give quality support to each other.
These shared classes for 2 or more mothers with birthing companions are organised on days and times to meet your needs and delivered at your home. Friends share the cost of a course and save the cost of hiring a venue so fees are lowered to £40 per session per couple plus 40p per mile per visit. The cost of a Friends course is £200 per couple.

Group Courses
There is a 50% discount to mothers and birthing companions who are have attended a HypnoBirthing course with Life Designs and book onto a Group course (this offer is not available if for any reason a group course does not run).
Private Courses
If you have taken a full HypnoBirthing course with Life Designs or other HypnoBirthing Practitioner you can review your experience and top-up your learning. We can arrange days and times to meet your needs and if you would like sessions delivered at your home that's possible too alternatively, private courses are taught at both the Blackburn and Manchester offices of Life Designs. The course content will be designed around your needs and costs £30 per hour.

What if HypnoBirthing isn’t for me?
It may be that during the first session you decide that HypnoBirthing isn’t for you. This is a rare experience and we understand that everyone is unique and not everyone will take to this method of birthing. We are happy to give you a full refund in exchange for you telling us about your experience (we would like to improve our service for other participants).
