Hypnobirthing

What is HypnoBirthing?

HypnoBirthing is a philosophy and technique for achieving a satisfying, relaxing and stress-free birthing. HypnoBirthing teaches you, along with your birthing companion, the art and joy of experiencing birth in a more comfortable manner.

During the 5 session course and with practice you will learn to call upon your body’s own natural anaesthesia to reduce or eliminate discomfort and the need for pain relief drugs.

When women are properly prepared for childbirth, mind and body are in harmony and nature is free to function in the same well-designed manner that nature intended and enabling you to trust your body and work with it; to free yourself of emotions that lead to pain-causing fear and unyielding muscles.

During your birthing you will be conversant and in good spirits, relaxed and in full control.
