What is NLP? NLP is Neuro Linguistic Programming. ‘Neuro’ refers to how we store and recall our memories. ‘Linguistic’ the way language affects our thoughts and responses. ‘Programming’ is the thinking patterns that we use to make decisions, solve problems and get results. NLP is a gentle way to help you overcome feelings of being stuck, living with fear, panic or phobic reactions; releasing you from limiting thoughts and behaviour and freeing you to live the life you want. What is Life Coaching? Coaching identifies the outcome that you want and puts together plans of action. Coaching provides you with the structure, support, motivation and tools necessary to create a successful and fulfilling future. Life Coaching is a holistic process which considers all aspects of your life or situation enabling you to become the person you want to be. How long does it take? Each person is unique and appointments vary from person to person. A 3 hour NLP appointment is usually all that is needed to free someone from a panic, fear or phobic reaction. Individual Life Coaching sessions vary from 30 minutes to an hour depending upon the goals and the skills of the client. A typical coaching relationship lasts for 6 hours spread over several weeks.
